What do you think about the proposal?

I've got questions about working with 3 designers....

a) do you have advice for articulating what I want, i.e. knowing what is realistic and how to ask for it (I'll show "stuff" to you first, anyways, so that you can give guidance...)

b) Should I be thinking about working with all 3 at the same time, or, one after the other?
